Q1.  What did you like most about working with reveal group?

"The things I liked most about working with reveal group were:

• They are very professional and focused;
• They integrated very well within CitiStreet, and worked very well with the Team Leaders and BU Managers;
• They know exactly what they are driving at, and ensure that we get there;
• We have been able to challenge things openly with them;

Q2.  What is your perception of reveal group now that you have worked with them?

"I am delighted with the outcome and what we have gained.  It has been personally rewarding for me, particularly in terms of my leadership style. It has also been very rewarding for the organisation. reveal group more than delivered for me."

• An ability to manage my own business unit;
• An ability to set expectations for my staff in terms of service delivery, productivity and costs;
• The Business Unit Managers now work much better together, share resources and are a lot less siloed;

"reveal group essentially removed the risk of the unknown and of not knowing if we are failing or succeeding."
