"Initially our business was in a very difficult position and the timing of the implementation was tough.
There were significant pressures on myself and the Team Leaders and initially there was strong
resistance to this change. In fact it may have been that the timing was perfect because otherwise we would likely not achieved a turnaround in such a short period of time."
