Ian has specialised in Strategy, Operations and IT effectiveness throughout a career of more than 25 years. Prior to joining reveal group he was the Group CIO for National Australia Bank responsible for their Technology globally.

The vast majority of his career has been in consulting. Ian has worked in Australia and extensively in the UK, Europe and the US; he has led global transformation initiatives at Citibank and General Motors. He was also a member of the Consulting Leadership team responsible for driving the transformation of Rolls Royce Aerospace.

During his consulting career he has held various positions including Partner-in-Charge of Andersen Consulting’s Australian Financial Services Practice, he was the first Australian Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, and he was Vice President responsible for A.T. Kearney’s European Operations and IT Practice as well as being a member of the EDS Global Leadership team.

Jonathan has 20 years experience in Business Strategy, Operations and Information Technology in both corporate and consulting environments. Jonathan’s industry expertise includes Financial Services, Telecommunications, Transportation and Government. He has led major transformation initiatives at Telstra, NAB, ANZ, Xerox and Lucent.

Prior to joining reveal group Jonathan was General Manager Strategic Change at National Australia Bank. In this role he was responsible for implementation of key strategic initiatives across operations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He joined NAB after consulting with 10 years of consulting with A.T. Kearney, EDS and AT&T.

John has over 25 years experience of working with the leaders of major financial institutions and technology businesses who are faced with the challenge of transforming the performance of their IT and back office operations to reduce operating costs, whilst improving service quality and increasing customer loyalty.

John has led major transformation programmes in the UK, Europe and the USA including working with CEO Philip Rowley to turn around AOL Europe from losses of $600 million to profitability; with CEO Andy Homer to turnaround AXA UK from losses of £100 million to profitability; and with Joe Ripp (President) double the value of specialist outsourcer Dendrite International from $8 to $16 per share within a year.

Previously, John was Head of Intermediary Markets at Nationwide Building Society.  John is the current chair of the Financial Services specialist interest group of the BP Group - a global not-for-profit community of over 24,000 business performance improvement, process and IT professionals.

Gordon has 26 years of international experience in consulting and information technology. He spent many years at Booz Allen Hamilton in the U.S. and A.T. Kearney in Australia.

Prior to joining reveal group Gordon established himself in Singapore servicing Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa regions in senior corporate positions including Senior Director Information Services McDonalds Corporation. Gordon is focused on delivery of capabilities that drive business value creation. He has broad-based experience across strategy & planning, performance management, business process optimization, change management and people development.

Prior to joining reveal group Paula was at American Express (based in NY then London) where she was the Global Head of Business-to-Business E-Payment Services and prior to that role she was the International Head of Merchant eServices. 

Before joining American Express Paula worked for Andersen Consulting for over 12 years where she was an Associate Partner working in their Technology practice. She has spent the majority of her career working in the Financial Services sector.

Paula is a Board Member of the Starlight Children's Foundation (VIC).
