Case Study: Supplier Optimisation
| BACKGROUND |
Our client, a major Australian financial services institution, was looking for large reduction in costs and increased service efficiency of its suppliers. 30% of the technology budget was dedicated to the delivery of desktop, network and storage. With over 30 third parties contributing to the delivery of these services. Supplier accountabilities were fragmented due to a lack of service level clarity resulting in a sub-optimal service / cost outcome. reveal group was approached to review and estimate the potential opportunity for cost savings and service efficiency. |
