How is usage tracked?

Usage is based on the number of users within a month.  A user is anyone who has data tracked for them or has the ability to access Reveal software.  Our clients have the necessary administration access to create and deactivate their users.

Is there anything to download or install?

Reveal is 100% web-based, so there is nothing for you to install, maintain or worry about.  All we require is you have a web browser.

Do you provide discounts for annual pricing?

Yes.  There is a 10% discount for fees paid annually in advance.

Do you offer volume discounts for large companies?

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and you can choose to pay on a monthly or annual basis (pre-paid).  We also offer monthly invoicing options.

How does your pricing compare with other solutions?

Alternative solutions may charge based on the number of users of each of their modules, making pricing complex and difficult to compare.  Reveal offers bundled pricing targeted to be the most competitive pricing in the market.

Do I have to pay for upgrades?

No. Reveal’s Software as a Service (SaaS) model means that all new functionality is made available to all clients.

Reveal works closely with our customers and our Distribution Partners to "crowd source" improvement suggestions  which are then incorporated into our software. As Reveal operates a single version of our software globally, all clients immediately benefit.
